Meditation

It is commonly known and even scientifically proven that meditation is good for us. Why then is it so hard for us to actually practice it?

It calms our mind, keeps us healthy and happy and yet it is hard for us to keep still and to focus.

 

Meditating together is usually much easier and more enjoyable than doing it by ourselves. Doing it online from the comfort of our home gives us the opportunity to connect as a group, no matter where in the world we are.

 

Let’s practice meditation together and become aware of the mental and the physical. I use various meditation techniques,such as chanting, mudra, breath work, Pranayama, and visualisation. There is a suitable technique for each and everyone of you and together we will explore a way to find what helps you keep up a regular practice.
