Touching through body work

The body is not just the physical form but also the energy field that surrounds it. Through touch and awareness this energy field can remember, flow freely and let go. The body saves every experience because it remembers everything that used to be. This makes the bodily energy field a wonderful gate to our subconscious and to holistic healing.

When we feel like we are king or queen in our home, when we let our energy and awareness guide the body, fully being in the here and now, that’s when healing can take place and uninvited guests (e.g. illness) have no space. When we learn to sense our body, paying attention to every single cell, that’s when our body is grateful and rewards us with health and happiness.


Movement through dance, yoga and sound

Dancing is a form of movement, which helps us move everything that has been stuck within our body and which makes us ill or blocks us. We let everything flow and sort itself out, find a new healthy place. Bad energies can come to the surface and be seen, in order to let go of them lovingly and discover and integrate new potentials for strength.

Dancing is a very old tradition, as old as the fire. Maybe even older. The indigeneous people, including our ancestors danced and moved their bodies on various occasions.


South America


My work with dance originated in these ancient sources. I moved to Trible dances in South America for hours and days, when the seasons changed, to the elements and the four cardinal directions, to the 5 rhythms, the movement medicine and the ecstatic dance, which has its origins here.

It’s my goal to explore our own body through movement, dance, mindfulness and love. When we dance, we connect our body to the elements, which symbolize our planet. Bones, the earth, our blood, the water, our spirit, the air, fire, our soul.


Consciousness in movement

When we move towards the cardinal directions we will be in harmony with everything that is. Accepting everything. Consciousness in movement. Through the movement our actions will become still, making visible the gates and thought versus stillness. The meditation in the movement of dance is being in the here and now. When we recognize the gates and move through into another space, we can discover the emptiness and calm of all things.
